2007 Gluten Free Christmas Cookie Roundup!

Cookies are one of my favorite things about Christmas! I originally wanted to have an "online cookie swap" of sorts, but so many of us were already posting Christmas Cookie recipes, I thought it would be easier just to list them all and share them with everyone! I’ve done my “darndest” to find all the best gluten-free Christmas cookies out there, but if I accidentally missed one you would like posted, please let me know ASAP (email me at gingerlemon_girl(at)yahoo(dot)com)!! I promise I didn’t miss you on purpose!! I've done a TON of searching (and editing and editing and editing and editing... Blogger and I have not been friends during this post!! But that’s another story!!)

The cookies have been separated into categories for your convenience. If you don't want to read through the entire list, simply click on a cookie category below and you will be taken directly to that set of cookies! (Please give a big Thank You to Casey Yandle, who helped me to get these links working correctly!!)

So without further ado...

  10. Hi Carrie,
Thanks so much for the link to my Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookie! What a great idea.

As a holistic baker, I tend to use a fair amount of gluten free recipes. I just recently also posted another one, GF Pumpkinseed Shortbread Buttons, made with pumpkinseed butter.

I took some time to glance around your blog as well, and so much of the baking looks yummy--I will have to explore more.

    Have a great (cookie-filled) Christmas!

I hope you'll submit something to my gluten-free holiday blogging event, as well:

  14. Thanks for such a great list - and for putting me on it even though I am a big idiot and deleted my blog! You might want to check the surprise package cookies link - I transferred the post to the correct place once I got it back today :-)

  15. thanks for the list - it is a little overwhelming but I have already found some cookies I'd love to try - so many good recipes and so little time!

  16. Thanks for compiling this amazing list! And thanks for including my recipe for chocolate chip cookies on it. I can't wait to try all of these fantastic recipes.

You have amassed quite a list! Thanks so much for sharing these, my husband is on a gluten-free diet and I want him to enjoy the holidays too.

  18. thanks for the list! so far i've made 3 of them. Now if I can just figure out a snickerdoodle for my husband Christmas will be just right.

  19. This is nothing short of fabulous, Carrie! Great job! And thank God somebody (well, several somebodies, it turns out) can turn out some decent gluten free Christmas treats.

  20. Wow! I just stumbled on this today! Thanks for the link love and all the great recipes. You did some serious work on this post, girlfriend!

Hope you have a Merry Christmas and I look forward to joining the gluten free menu swap again after the first of the year. Might even sign up to host, if I can figure out how to make it look all spiffy like you do!

  21. My goodness, you've been busy!

Just stopped by to say Happy Christmas to you and yours, hope you have a good one :-)

  22. Sweet! Fabulous post, Carrie. Thanks for all the hard work it took to put this list together.

I'm researching shortbread cookies (now that I have to be egg-free, too; shortbread is egg-free). Hoping to come up with a tasty shortbread cookie that is gluten, dairy, nut and soy free.

Have a healthy, safe and happy New Year!
