Sally, over at Aprovechar, will be serving up: rosemary baked winter squash, gluten free pulled pork, and no hurry vegetable curry!! (I LOVE curry!!) Her husband Dan will also be in the kitchen this week using up leftover produce to make a hearty meal! Great menu Sally!
Melanie, of The Gluti Girls, with her snazzy new site, will be making: Italian wedding soup (recipe included), rosemary marinated salmon, and swiss steak! Melanie loves rosemary so much she dedicated a post to it back in October! She also has a lot of great info on the herb with her fantastic menu plan this week! Also, Melanie deserves a pat on the back today! She is celebrating 1 year of gluten-free Freedom! Congrats girl!
Mary Frances, of Gluten Free Cooking School, also has her menu up this week! I COMPLETELY have to agree with her, that I too had a hard time coming up with my menu this week! Good job Mary Frances! And Congrats on your new job! Mary Frances will be serving: Black Bean burgers, stuffed poblano peppers, and ravioli with a cream sauce! Sea, over at Book of Yum, has a truly exciting upcoming week! Today is her 1 year blog anniversary! Congrats to Sea! She will be serving up: Black bean vegan burgers with oven baked rosemary polenta fries, sweet potato chickpea crepes, and cabbage vadai, she will also be serving a delicious dessert of sweet rice flour crepes with a fruit filling and sweet cashew cream! Don't forget to enter Book of Yum's 1 year anniversary contest! Tell Sea what your favorite post is from her site and you get a chance to win a Bette Hagman cookbook! I'll definitely be entering!!!
Mandy, from DC Gluties, is joining us for the first time this week! Welcome Mandy!! She will be serving up some yummy foods this week as she attempts a yummy chili for this cold weather, gluten free mac and cheese with spinach on the side, and chicken served with roasted red potatoes and rosemary! Sounds like a delicious week Mandy! I'm so glad you and Brandi are joining us!
Karen, from Gluten Free Sox, has a great menu this week! She will be making: beef stew in red wine (yummy!!), chicken with fennel and rosemary (another yummy!!) and a vegetarian mushroom lasagna (you better share that with us Karen!!). She's also going to be having a Super Bowl party and she'll be making all kinds of gluten free appetizers and goodies!
Tracy from Thoughts from Miller Manor has a wonderful week planned as well! She will be serving up: a scrumptious lasagna, marinated salmon, tostadas, and baked chicken! Deborah, from One Beggar's Bread (I still love the name of your blog girl!) will be cooking up Natalie's Black Pepper Salmon over Spinach, Chicken Fajitas, and a Bacon, Spinach, and Mandarin Orange Salad (definitely on my favorites list!)! We all need to give a little cheer to Sara, I think she's a bit discouraged with gluten free cooking, so everybody go and give Sara and a big hug in her comments! She will be making: slow cooker steak with rosemary rice (what a great idea!), chicken and potatoes with spinach, and creamy hashbrowns with eggs! Yum! I love breakfast for dinner! We need to do that again soon at my house! Great menu Sara! Don't get discouraged! You are doing great!!

Ginger will be making an assortment of international meals this week including: Pork Vindaloo, Homemade Pitas with gyro meat, and grilled salmon with a mustard dill glaze! Great Menu Ginger! - Rosemary can be dried or frozen for later use.
- Dried rosemary actually contains more nutrients and vitamins than fresh rosemary. Some of the nutrients are: iron, calcium, and Vitamin B6.

My Menu for the Week:
I have to admit this week was difficult for me, because of our Sugar Free January meal plan! This week we are not eating sugar, dairy (I don't know how you do it Sally!), or meats (other than fish and eggs), so this menu was a challenge for us!
Monday:
Crock pot pinto beans with chopped onions
Dairy Free, Sugar Free Cornbread
Turnip Greens
Sea's Nutritional Yeast Gravy
Tuesday:
Homemade Meat Free, Sugar Free Spaghetti Sauce
GF Pasta
My Dad's Ceasar Salad

Maya obviously thinks we keep the thermastat too low in house! She's been my cuddly girl this past week! She wants to be in our laps all the time!
