Meanwhile, I'm testing some new gluten-free flours I bought tonight at the Whole Foods Store. (Good thing this store is an hour away, I spent nearly $130 on gluten free goodies! Phewww... NOPE not frugal at all... but it should last for a couple of months, so I'm trying to take that into account!!)
