With the eggs hitting the national news this week in a nationwide recall due to salmonella, I thought it would be a good time to share links for gluten free egg free recipes. You don't need eggs to make seriously good gluten free baked goods!

  1. Great round-up, Carrie! Though I'm not in the States, it's quite alarming to read about this massive recall. I hope it's sorted out soon so that people can eat and use eggs with the assurance that it's safe again.

  2. I agree with Zoe - great round up!! That took some time!! I love using eggs in my cooking so I don't have many egg-free recipes...my philosophy is to not exclude anything I don't have to.

    Have a wonderful weekend!!! I totally wish I could go so we could meet face to face. Until then, I'm sending big virtual hugs!
